• Revenue is generated through premium memberships and spotlight promotions.

4. User Responsibilities

• Freelancers must provide quality work as agreed with clients.

• Clients must ensure timely payment and provide clear project requirements.

• Users must not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Payment & Escrow

• Payments are processed via Razorpay and Stripe.

• The escrow system ensures freelancers receive payment only when the client approves the completed work.

• Clients can request revisions if they’re unsatisfied with the work.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fake projects or reviews.

• Sharing personal contact details to bypass the platform.

• Engaging in any form of illegal, offensive, or unethical behavior.

7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the platform’s terms.

• workINDly.com is a facilitator and not responsible for the success or failure of projects.

• We are not liable for any disputes, payment failures, or project issues.
